We are pleased to introduce a new generative AI support chat, called DaisyBot, to the daisy.health platform. DaisyBot provides answers to your questions using conversational language.

Employee benefits have been updated to consider underage employees, ensuring they are not charged if they are ineligible.

As always, you can continue to contact us or schedule a meeting if you need more personalized service.

You can start a conversation with DaisyBot by clicking on the same help icon shown in the lower right corner and clicking any of the suggested questions. You can also insert your own query in the text area at the bottom to start a chat.

 


Ineligible Employees

With this feature, employee benefits will appear as “Ineligible” if they don't meet the benefits' age requirements, so you have a clearer idea of why they can’t obtain the service.

Other benefits will show active where they meet eligibility requirements (e.g., Teladoc is 14+ years old), and ineligible benefits will become active for those employees (or dependents) once they reach the required age.
