February: subscribers onboard features

Subscriber's onboard portal is live

From now on, all employees will get an email from daisy.health if either personal or work email address is populated on the employee profile on their benefit effective day with a detailed onboarding guide for each benefit. They will get a separate email for each product if the proposal has multiple line items.
All the information is published on a single open portal. Feel free to share the link with your team.

New subscription requirements
USERS
Most providers require an email address that will be used as a unique identifier to access their benefit accounts. If you have a Walmart Health, Cleo, or Vivante Subscription, please provide a valid email address for the user to register successfully.
If the email is missing, you will see a red error sign in the table next to the employee's name. Also, some upload warnings can appear if you are using SFTP or CSV upload.

Also, you will see a yellow banner on an Employee profile overview, as well, if the employee does not have a valid email.

Additionally, Cleo requires a work email that contains your company's domain. Please ensure all your employees' emails match your email domain on the Employer Profile.

Updating the Employee's data
If you send the same data in the file but address the rows that were failing, only those rows will be affected and duplicates won’t be created for ones that already exist. However, these updates are based on the constraint: first name, last name, and date of birth. If you need to change any of these field values, you must provide the memberId to get the record updated; otherwise, a new record will be created.

Email validation
Most providers require an email address that will be used as a unique identifier to easily allow your employee’s to access their benefit accounts. For Walmart and Vivante subscriptions, email is required. For the Cleo subscription, the email must contain the company domain name that you define when you sign-up.
Columns
The columns in the uploaded CSV file can now be in different order. This may help with processing when working with your benefit admins to send us your rosters. We also removed the Product column, since this is driven by the subscriptions that your company has as a whole (i.e., each employee get the benefits your company has active).
Print Invoice
PAYMENTS
For all the payments you can download a PDF version of the invoice by clicking on the "Print Invoice" button on the right top corner of the payment details page.

Invoice will be opened in a new tab and you can print or download it.

Change History Employer profile

Employer administrators can now see the Change History tab on the Employer Profile, including when new subscriptions are added or removed.
